Message from the President, Rod Stuart.
On behalf of the Management Committee of the Unley FC, I’d like to welcome all new and returning players, social members, families and supporters of The Jets to Season 2012. We are hopeful that this year we can further enhance our on field performance across all grades as well as building our capacity off field.
In 2012 the senior grades will be augmented by a trial merger with Mercedes College Old Scholars FC as approved by a Special General Meeting in December. Many of our current members have come from the Mercedes stable, and these arrangements are a sensible combination of our collective strengths. This will not effect our relationship with the junior grades and for all intents and purposes it will be business as usual save for the addition of skilled personnel, sponsorship and senior players. Our senior teams will be known as ‘The Unley Mercedes Jets’ in the SAAFL competition only.
It is a great honour to have been elected Club President for the next two years after over 10 years of involvement with Unley including 4 years as Junior Coordinator. This is an exciting time to be taking the reigns and I look forward to working with you all to make Unley FC the best it can be. Special Club Event - Adelaide Crows visit The Jets
Two Crows Players have very kindly agreed to visit the Club to chat with the boys, answer questions, sign autographs and have pictures taken!

Make easy money for our club - NAB Club Support Program.
If you or anyone you know is considering a home or business loan and is thinking about checking out the NAB's products, if they mention the Unley Football Club in the application interview our club will receive a 0.4% commission on the loan amount.
That means a $250,000 loan would generate $1,000 for The Jets. The club MUST be mentioned in the application process.
Make sure you tell anyone you know who is thinking of taking out a loan about the program.
